Man found guilty of murder after car parking dispute
A 38-year-old man from Gippsland has been convicted for killing two men during a dispute over car parking. A jury found Richard Devries of Newborough guilty of the murder of Evan Rudd and the manslaughter of Roy Poole at a block of flats at Moe last year. The Supreme Court trial heard Devries stabbed the men in a fight when he discovered his car had been blocked in by another vehicle. Devries maintained he acted in self-defence....
