Richard Hammond left his Porsche 911 in traffic and ran 16 miles home to make it for his daughter’s birthday! Hammond is famous for being on the TV series Top Gear. He was on his way home in his Porsche 911 Carrera when flooding caused traffic to halt. He’d been driving for twelve hours already and happened to have his running gear with him. He threw it on, turned on his iPod, and ran the 16 miles at 3am to his family’s home. He just up and abandoned the Porsche....
