Secret App Will Monitor Your Encounter with Police [VIDEO]
The ACLU of New Jersey has just released a free Android app that allows individuals to discretely record their interactions with the police. The app, called Police Tape [Google Play link] will record audio (and if you want, video) of an encounter with the police. Unlike normal audio/video recording apps, the recording interface disappears when in use, so it doesn't look like anyone is recording anything at the time.
