The Apple vs. Samsung trial continues in San Jose, Calif., and Samsung has won an important legal victory, according to All Things Digital. On Thursday, Samsung wanted to reveal important Apple sales data such as quarterly analysis and buyer studies from 2011. Judge Lucy Koh has accepted this request.
