Star Wars character Lando Calrissan was originally going to be a clone template in Attack of the Clones. For writer George Lucas, there was a lot of pressure to make the second episode of Star Wars even better than the first. The first had received many mixed reviews, including some pretty rough criticism. The criticism made Lucas hesitant to start writing. When he did begin writing he gave the piece the working title "Jar Jar's Big Adventure" as a sarcastic response to the public’s dislike of the character Jar Jar....
