The Commodore 64 is the best selling computer ever made. The Commodore 64 is an 8-bit home computer introduced in January 1982 by Commodore International. The now-prehistoric-looking device was released on to the market at a price of US$595. It got its name from its 64 kilobytes of RAM, and had favorable sound and graphical features when compared to contemporary systems like the Apple II (which was, not surprisingly, priced at US$1200).  During its lifetime, between 12.5 and 17 million units were sold; making it the best selling personal computer...
